輕鋼別墅(8)輕鋼別墅的與鋼筋混凝土住宅相比,由于輕鋼結構的鋼材以后可以循環使用,但混凝土不能循環使用,以后肯定是建筑垃圾,造成環境壓力并且,混凝土要40年時間才能全部干燥,因此容易造成室內濕氣、潮濕,不利于人體健康。但是輕鋼結構完全不用混凝土,因此不存在這個問題。
